Public Control Action “Fair Radiator”
The APHR is implementing a project to audit the validity of the declared characteristics of heating radiators selling retail. The project was launched at the end of 2015 and over a short period of time evolved into a mass action of public control. Information about discrepancies between the declared and actual characteristics of radiators is gathered by the APHR team, outlets staff, representatives of companies and non-profit organizations, and volunteers and uploaded into the interactive chart “Fair Radiator” http://aproea-map.ru/

Compliance tests will be conducted in specialized Russian and European laboratories, such as M.R.T. of the Polytechnic University of Milan, laboratories of the Research Institute Santehniki, Vitatherm and Santekhprom.
Introducing the verification system will allow drawing up a list of heating radiators recommended by the APHR and the National Constructors Union to be used on construction sites and released at retail points.
